We have been with Katherine and Emily for over a year now, we have found them hard working, capable, always with a smile, even at times when they have been ill they have stilled been here twice a week to walk Charlie our 3yr old schichon dog.

I would highly recommend them to anyone, who needs a dog walker, day care, sitter etc, they have bent over backwards to help us, as I'm disabled and have needed emergency treatment in A&E they without hesitation and short notice took Charlie for us on a couple of occasions,  which I really thank them for.

Generally very happy with the quality of service, so thank you Katherine and Emily.

Chris and his team look after fish too!  A previous holiday had ended in disaster after I had asked a neighbour to look after our tropical aquarium while we were away.  On this occasion, I decided to hire a local professional pet minder during our absence on a month-long family holiday. The result was a tank full of happy (and alive) fish, plants that were watered, and a "lived-in" look to our house whilst we were away.  The regular email updates reassuring us that all was well at home were particularly welcome.

Chris and Veronica have been great, before we went away, they came over to meet our three cats and took their time to find out a everything about the cats and their individual needs, likes and dislikes.  I felt confident  and assured that our home and cats were in good hands whilst  in our absence   and we have been very pleased with the service we  have had, will definitely use Crystal Palace cat sitters again  whenever we go away.

I cannot recommend Chris and Crystal Palace Pet Sitters highly enough! I called upon Chris' services when I was due to go into labour and needed someone to look after my Dachshund, Nero. Chris couldn't have been more accommodating considering I was unable to give him an exact date and he put my mind at ease when I was concerned about having to dash off in the night! It was such a relief knowing I didn't have to worry about Nero being cared for. As it turned out I had to stay in hospital for a week but again this was no problem for Chris who collected more food for Nero and gave me updates on how he was getting on.

Since having the baby Chris has been more than helpful going out of his way to provide me with information on how to socialise Nero with the baby so we are a happy family unit. When Nero returned from his stay with Crystal Palace Pet Sitters he was a happy well-adjusted dog who accepted our new addition without any problems. I know I always have Chris to call on should this ever change and Nero will always have a home from home when we go on holiday.

Christian from Crystal Palace Sitters was really a life saver when we had to go away at the same time our gerbil George was so ill he had to be administered food and medication by hand. Christian clearly knows what he's doing when handling all types of animals and George has since made a miraculous recovery, thanks in huge part to the care he received while we were away. Christian was extremely friendly and interested in knowing absolutely everything about how we liked our animals to be looked after, he is clearly a great animal lover and is extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of species. I felt very secure leaving him to care for our cat and gerbils and wouldn't use anyone else to look after them.
